Our services

Bid Nexa provides tender, procurement, compliance, project-support and training services as described on this website. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fee for each engagement are agreed in writing (including by email or message) before work begins.

No guarantee of award

Tender awards, registrations and approvals are decided solely by the relevant buying organisation, portal or authority. Bid Nexa does not guarantee that any bid will be accepted, any contract awarded, or any registration or approval granted.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
• Review and approve documents and bids before submission.
• Keep your portal credentials and Digital Signature Certificate secure and under your control.
• Pay fees, government charges, EMD and security deposits as applicable.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for decisions taken on your bids.

Fees & payment

Fees are as quoted for each engagement. Government, portal, certification and third-party charges are payable separately unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are charged in addition. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to complete work on your instructions.

Intellectual property

Website content, design, logos and training materials belong to Bid Nexa or its licensors. Documents we prepare specifically for you may be used by you for your business. Training materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bid Nexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or contracts, arising from bid outcomes, portal downtime, third-party actions or information you provided. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Use of the website

Content on this website is general information and not legal advice for your specific situation. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
